Lately, a much debated topic. I learned few people stating lately,” Fidelity can’t be demanded!”; “one does get attracted to other” ; why is the huge public outcry over infidelity” & these statements left me utterly astonished. Though I surely agree that none of these statements is conveying any false messages’; each one has the strong probability but I am confused because who all have given these statements doesn’t belong to that stratum of society which is affected in real sense; are not in limelight, and I am merely talking about India.
We have to distinct cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Calcutta, and Bangalore from those small cities in India. The culture, the societies vary from those of Mumbai & Delhi. People are not so open about things like infidelity in small cities of India hence they do not accept such things but that doesn’t mean these cities have been deprived of infidelities.
Why do one have to get attracted to other if you are already committed to one and moreover you are spending your life very peacefully than why suddenly your folly has to bring about your own ruin.
Can not we have some control on ourselves? Why do we have to deliberately break down in the middle of the path of a beautiful life? I am confused; I wish someone could answer my thoughts.
To gain some control is better off than to find oneself much cast down by any further loss.
This is a real story which I have tried to express in a form of a verse:
Eight long years had passed,
The wreckage hit
Still, the Nuptial survived,
Waves of traitorous jilt.
A year and a half later
He won over courage
Expressed his regret’
His fault being savage,
Said “At your end I retreat”.
A fable was written,
They mingled again.
Both again smitten,
Decades have passed,
And same they remain.

Thy Shelter
When thunders shout, showers roar,
A shelter called, the place best,
we hope for it, with no failure.
Thousands dying, aspiring one shelter;
For many make no care,
And live in mansions & places better.
For we forget, the motherland a place,
Where share we all shelters pro one another.
Thou talk Global warming, Thou talk natures clamor
End forget we, save motherland,
Where we built many shelters.
A shelter called, the place best,
we hope for it, with no failure.
Thousands dying, aspiring one shelter;
For many make no care,
And live in mansions & places better.
For we forget, the motherland a place,
Where share we all shelters pro one another.
Thou talk Global warming, Thou talk natures clamor
End forget we, save motherland,
Where we built many shelters.
